Cedric Gutierrez Moreno is Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University. Research develops along two interconnected streams: (1) Entrepreneurial decision-making under uncertainty and time constraints, investigating how cognitive biases and temporal preferences influence market entry, venture growth, and investment behaviors; (2) Behavioral foundations of incentive systems and organizational practices, exploring how psychological factors affect responses to compensation structures, gender stereotypes in careers, and discriminatory practices.
