Cecily Ryan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering at Montana State University, affiliated with the Norm Asbjornson College of Engineering. She holds roles in the Materials Science program, Center for Biofilm Engineering, Energy Research Institute, and Montana Nanotechnology Facility. Her education includes a Ph.D. from Stanford University (2016), M.S. from California Institute of Technology (2002), and B.S. from MIT (2000).
Her research focuses on biodegradable polymers, composites, additive manufacturing, and sustainable materials.
