Cathrin Bothmann

Cathrin Bothmann is a Lecturer at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences since 2014, teaching in the international MMH/MAC study program at the Dessau campus, and at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg since 2017 for monument preservation courses. She is also an external lecturer at the Education Center for the Stonemasonry Trade in Königslutter since 2011, specializing in calculation/technical knowledge/material science and restoration training.

• Membership: Master Examination Committee of Stonemasonry and Stone Sculptor Trades (Lower Saxony), Restorers Examination Commission (Lower Saxony)

Her research interests focus on sustainable monument preservation, material science applications in historic building conservation, and technical knowledge transfer in stonemasonry. She combines practical expertise with academic teaching in architecture and facility management contexts.
