Catherine Marie

Catherine Marie is a Professor of Private Law and Criminal Sciences at the University of La Rochelle, affiliated with the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management. Her expertise spans criminal law, family law, civil procedure, and civil mediation. She holds a PhD in Private Law (1994) from the University of La Rochelle, focusing on the concept of author-victim in criminal law under the supervision of Professor Pierre Couvrat.
