Catherine Harris is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of New Mexico in the School of Architecture & Planning, with a split position between the College of Fine Arts and the School of Architecture & Planning. She holds a BA from Harvard University (1988), an MLA from UC Berkeley (1997), and an MFA from Stanford University (2005). Her research bridges trans-species studies, indigenous design, and posthuman urban landscapes, focusing on resilient systems, virtual reality, and botanical resilience.
