Catherine Gilstein is an Assistant Professor of Business and Program Director of Organizational Leadership at Chestnut Hill College, where she teaches graduate-level courses such as LEAD 601 Leading and Managing People and LEAD 606 Budget and Resource Management. She is also the academic advisor for the Organizational Leadership program and oversees the LEAD 692 Capstone course.

She has taught courses in economics, operations management, finance, human resource management, consumer behavior, personal selling, and business ethics at Chestnut Hill College, Bucks County Community College, and Delaware Valley University.
Dr. Gilstein has conducted professional workshops and presentations at events including the Women in Tech Summit and the Pennsylvania Conference for Women, with topics such as 'Women & Money' and leadership development. She is actively involved in mentoring students and promoting ethical leadership in business.
