Catherine Andrea

Dr. Catherine Andrea is an Associate Professor at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences teaching pediatric and neuromuscular courses in the Physical Therapy Program. She holds dual board certifications as a Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy (2013) and Pediatric Physical Therapy (2018) with over 15 years of clinical experience across multiple healthcare settings.

Her research examines the use of simulation in healthcare education, integration of interprofessional education in DPT curricula, and treatment approaches for patients with neurologic and genetic disorders. She maintains particular clinical expertise in brain injury rehabilitation across pediatric and adult populations.
