Catherine ARCHAMBAULT is an Assistant Professor at IÉSEG School of Management, France. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Lille 1 (2019) and a Master in Management from HEC Montréal (2013). Her postdoctoral research (2021) focused on strategy at IÉSEG. She specializes in self-managed organizations, strategic renewal, and organizational communication, with a track record in sustainability and innovation.
Her teaching spans strategy fundamentals, business exploration, and coaching for strategic projects across bachelor and master programs. Notably, she contributes to the 'Business Game' curriculum and advises on strategy processes.
