Cathay Y. N. Smith is a Professor and Co-Director of the Program in Intellectual Property Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. She holds a Master of Laws in International Human Rights Law from Lund University and previously taught at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and New York Law School’s London Program.
