Catarina Dutilh Novaes

Prof. Catarina Dutilh Novaes is a Full Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Department of Reasoning and Argumentation. She specializes in argumentation theory, social epistemology, and the philosophy of mathematics. Her research explores topics such as epistemic networks, the role of trust in reasoning, and the cognitive foundations of logical systems.
