Carsten Orwat

Dr. Carsten Orwat is a senior researcher at the Institute for Technology Assessment and Systems Analysis (ITAS), part of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany. Since 2000, he has led interdisciplinary projects on technology assessment, focusing on digital technologies and societal change.
