Carrie Boettcher

Dr. Carrie Boettcher serves as Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of Counselor Education within the Department of Counselor Education, bringing over twenty-five years of professional experience in community corrections, benefits counseling, vocational rehabilitation, independent living, and rehabilitation program management to her academic role since joining full-time in 2018.

Her educational foundation includes a Bachelor's in Sociology (1995), Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Emporia State University (1997), and Doctorate in Library and Information Science from Emporia State University (2019).
