Carolyn Reid

Carolyn Reid is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Mount Union. Originally from Jamaica, she earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Tulane University and a B.S. in Chemistry with honors from the University of the West Indies. Her career is driven by a passion for teaching and research, shaped by formative experiences in diverse academic environments, including a project on antiparasitic drug discovery at The Ohio State University’s College of Pharmacy.
