Dr. Caroline Perjessy is an Associate Professor and Director of the Counselor Education & Supervision Doctoral program at National Louis University's Tampa-Florida Regional campus. She holds a PhD in Counseling and Human Development Services from Kent State University. Her research focuses on postmodern approaches to supervision, pedagogy, and clinical work, with additional expertise in women’s issues, career development, and online education. Dr. Perjessy is a licensed mental health counselor in multiple states and maintains a private practice specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She actively serves as President-Elect of the Florida Association of Counselor Education and Supervision (FACES) and coordinates leadership initiatives with SACES.
