Caroline Merrifield

Caroline Merrifield is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Anthropology at New York University. Her research focuses on food systems, environmental anthropology, and socio-ecological dynamics in China. She holds a PhD from Yale University's Department of Anthropology (2018).
