Caroline Letor is a Professor at the Faculty of Education, where she coordinates the 3rd cycle in educational management. She holds a PhD in Educational Sciences and a Master's-equivalent degree in Psychology from the Université catholique de Louvain. Her research focuses on educational leadership, organizational dynamics, and policy implementation in school systems.
Research Interests: Dr. Letor investigates organizational learning, collaborative work, leadership development, educational equity, and competency-based teaching. She employs mixed-methods approaches to study school reforms, teacher professional development, and innovative pedagogies, including hybrid learning models and early childhood education strategies.
Publication Trends: Her recent articles (2010–2019) predominantly analyze educational change processes, including teacher collaboration during reforms (2011), hybrid learning implementation (2014), competency assessment frameworks (2019), and tensions between policy mandates and professional autonomy (2018). Common themes include organizational adaptation, leadership practices, and systemic barriers to equity.
