Dr. Caroline Jagtenberg is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations Analytics at the School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her expertise lies in operations research applied to emergency service optimization, healthcare logistics, and fair resource allocation. She holds a PhD in applied mathematics from CWI (2017) and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Auckland (2018).
