Dr Caroline Childs is Associate Professor in Nutritional Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Southampton. She serves as Programme Lead for BM6 medicine and Subject Lead for Nutrition and Metabolism, with expertise in diet-immune interactions and flow cytometry.
