Caroline Brassard is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, where she teaches courses on aid governance, economic development policy, and poverty alleviation strategies. Holding a PhD in Economics from the University of London, she previously worked as an economist for the Government of Ontario and as a long-term consultant for international NGOs like UNICEF, CARE, and Save the Children in Madagascar, Bangladesh, and Vietnam.
