Caroline BARBIR

Caroline BARBIR is a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Montreal's School of Public Health, Department of Health Management, Evaluation and Policy. She holds a Master of Health Administration (1982) from the University of Montreal and a Bachelor of Biology (Human Genetics) from McGill University (1979). Her career spans over three decades in healthcare management, holding leadership roles such as President and CEO of multiple health institutions including the Laval Integrated Health and Social Services Center (2015–2018) and Sainte-Justine University Hospital Center (2018–2024). She also served as a Co-Policy Manager for Canada's Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (SPOR).
