Carolina Mangone is an Associate Professor in the Department of Art & Archaeology at Princeton University. Her research focuses on early modern art and architecture, particularly on imitation, material culture, and cross-cultural transmission of artistic ideas. She is currently working on a book about Michelangelo’s unfinished sculptures and a project on Vignola’s architectural legacy across global editions.
