Carole Planchette

Carole Planchette is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer, Graz University of Technology. Her research focuses on fluid dynamics, particularly in droplet collisions, microfluidics, and interfacial phenomena. She has developed novel experimental approaches to study particle-laden systems, capillary interactions, and liquid encapsulation.

Recent publications highlight her work on the physics of droplet impacts, fragmentation mechanisms, and microfluidic strategies for material synthesis.
