Carol Jarvis is Professor in Knowledge Exchange and Innovation at the University of the West of England's Faculty of Business and Law, Department of Business and Management. She holds a PhD and is Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Her research examines:
- Leadership of innovation in healthcare
- Learning entrepreneurship
- Coaching for professional transitions
- Alternative 'unleadership' practices
- Complexity approaches in organizations
Jarvis co-founded The Unleadership Movement to reimagine leader-follower relationships during societal challenges. With 20+ years consultancy experience, she specializes in organizational change, innovation climate, and partnership strategies.
She teaches Applied Business Project, Change Management, and Team Coach Development programs while coordinating international research collaborations.
