Dr. Carol Femia serves as Associate Professor of Nursing Practice and Chair of the Baccalaureate Program at Emmanuel College, maintaining active clinical roles in maternal child health nursing and lactation consulting while leveraging prior experience in oncology and medical-surgical nursing.
Her academic credentials include:
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Northeastern University
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from MGH Institute of Health Professions
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with Bio/Chemistry focus from St. Lawrence University
