Carol Billing

Carol Billing is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Idaho's College of Education, Health and Human Sciences. She is based in Boise and holds a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in Online Pedagogy (University of Idaho), an M.Ed. in Cross-Cultural Teaching (National University, 2004), and a B.A. in Journalism (Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, 1992).
