Carmen Kilpatrick, MD, is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine and a practicing Attending Psychiatrist at UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital. She also provides psychiatric care through the San Francisco Department of Public Health in the county jail system.
