Dr. Carmen K. Manning serves as dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire since 2014 and co-principal investigator for the university's $9.4 million Workforce Innovation Grant. Previously, she was a professor and department chair in the English department for twelve years.
