Carmen Goytre Castro

Carmen Goytre Castro is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Architecture and Design of IE University since 2011 and a Professor of Postgraduate Programs at ICADE – Universidad Pontificia de Comillas since 2007. She also serves as Partner at Rivergo Advisors, where she counsels companies on organizational and service innovation.

Her research focuses on the impact of the sharing economy, open innovation, and new technologies on customer experience, with specific attention to crowdfunding as a disruptive model at the intersection of crowdsourcing and fintech. She has extensive expertise in quality management, process improvement, and business transformation using methodologies like Lean, EFQM, and ISO 9000 in financial and consumer goods industries.
