Carlotta A. Berry is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where she has been a Trailblazer Fellow since 2005. Her work bridges robotics education, mechatronics, and diversity initiatives in STEM.

Her research explores how open-source software/hardware enhances robotics education, with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion in engineering. Recent publications include 2024 work on math-physics integration in engineering (IEEE Transactions on Education) and 2023 studies on community-driven robotics platforms. Awards span from the ASEE Best Paper in Multidisciplinary Division (2020) to the Inspiring Women in STEM Award (2016).
