Carlos Montes Piñeiro

Carlos Montes Piñeiro is a Professor at the University of Santiago de Compostela, affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology and the Department of Social, Basic and Methodological Psychology. His research focuses on Social Psychology and cognitive processes.

• Doctor from the University of Santiago de Compostela with the thesis "Negotiation 2.0: Empirical Review of the Construct of Effectiveness in Negotiation and Its Measurement" (2014). Supervised by Dr. M. Dámaso Rodríguez Fernández, Dr. Jesús Varela Mallou, and Dr. Gonzalo Serrano Martínez.

Research Interests: His work explores Social Psychology, particularly the relationship between cognitive processes and behavior. He is affiliated with the Cognitionbehaviour research group, which investigates cognitive processes and their influence on behavioral outcomes.
