Carlos Lück is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and current Department Chair at the University of Southern Maine's Department of Engineering within the College of Science, Technology, & Health. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Robotics) from the University of Southern California (1995), MS in Computer Engineering (1992), and dual BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (Power Systems, 1988 and Electronics, 1987).
