Carlos Garcia is a Researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Imperial College London. He holds a PhD from Imperial College (2018), an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from the University of California, San Diego (Fulbright Scholar), and an MSc in Applied Physics from Universidad Complutense, Spain. His research focuses on electrochemical characterization of lithium-ion batteries, rapid ageing analysis, and battery development through projects like The Faraday Institution's Multiscale Modelling (MSM) initiative. He also participates in Innovate UK projects related to energy materials and mechanics of materials.
