Dr. Carlo Pelino, an Associate Professor at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) at Salus University, serves as Chief of The Eye Institute’s Chestnut Hill location. He graduated with a BS from Gannon University and an OD from PCO. His clinical focus includes comprehensive eye care, ocular disease, and retinal pathology. He completed a residency at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital and a retinal fellowship with Steven Sinclair, MD, enhancing his expertise in retinal diagnostics and litigation consulting.
