Carlo Parker

Carlo Parker is Professor and Assistant Director of Graduate Programs in the School of Nursing at the University of Northern Colorado, where he coordinates the MSN - Leadership, Quality, and Safety program. His research focuses on nursing education innovation, clinical simulation, patient safety, and quality improvement in healthcare systems.

With clinical expertise in medical-surgical and emergency nursing, Dr. Parker's scholarship examines strategies to reduce hospital readmissions, improve rapid response systems, and enhance nurse decision-making. His work advances the Clinical Nurse Leader role development and implementation in healthcare settings.
