Carla Sieburgh

Carla Sieburgh is a distinguished academic and legal practitioner with a dual expertise in medicine and law. Currently serving as a Judge at the Supreme Court of The Netherlands (Civil Senate) since 2017, she also holds the position of Extraordinary Professor at Radboud University Nijmegen. Her academic career spans over two decades, including roles as Professor of Private Law (2003-2010) and Research Professor (2010-2017) at the same institution.
