Carla Hayn

Carla Hayn is a Professor of Accounting and the Ernst & Young Chair in Accounting at UCLA Anderson School of Management. She serves as the Accounting Area Chair and Director of International Initiatives at the Center for Global Management. Her research focuses on financial reporting, tax disclosures, mergers and acquisitions, and the economic consequences of accounting information.

Hayn's recent publications explore measurement conservatism, goodwill impairment indicators, and earnings forecast dynamics, reflecting her expertise in financial disclosures and market responses.
