Carl Yang is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Emory University, with a courtesy appointment in the Center for Data Science and the Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at the Rollins School of Public Health. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois (UIUC) and a B.Eng. from Zhejiang University. His research focuses on graph data mining, machine learning, and healthcare applications, with notable contributions to federated learning and knowledge graphs.
