Carl Stuart Leichter

Carl Stuart Leichter is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). With over 40 years of experience in science and technology, his career spans biomedical research, nuclear security, mathematics teaching, and machine learning applications.
