Carl Mirra

Carl Mirra serves as Associate Professor and Chair of The School of Education within Adelphi University's Ruth S. Ammon College of Education and Health Sciences. Holding a Ph.D. in History and Education from Columbia University, he maintains active research and teaching commitments in civic education, peace studies, and U.S. foreign policy analysis.
