Cara Tremain is an Assistant Professor in Archaeological Science at the Department of Archaeology, Simon Fraser University. Her research focuses on ethical and legal dimensions of the antiquities market, including looting, provenance, and digital heritage technologies. She holds a PhD from the University of Calgary, an MA from Trent University, and a BA (Hons) from University College London. Tremain has conducted fieldwork in Belize and contributed to museum projects in the UK and North America.
