Caoimhe Harlock is an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing and US Literatures at Hampshire College. Her work focuses on trans studies, queer theory, and marginalized voices in American literature, film, and comics.

- B.A. in English and Philosophy, University of Texas Austin
Research Interests:
- Transgender narratives in rural Southern contexts
- Queer reinterpretations of canonical American literature
- Horror fiction and film as sites of queer monstrosity
- Intersection of politics, imagination, and world-building in speculative fiction
Teaching:
- Specializes in inclusive, anti-racist creative writing pedagogy
- Courses on comics/graphic novels, trans Renaissance literature, and queer-coded canonical texts
