Cansu Muratoğlu

Dr. Cansu Muratoğlu is Assistant Professor in General Public Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. She holds a PhD in Public Law from the same institution (2019) and researches political philosophy and transitional justice frameworks.

Her scholarship examines theoretical foundations of state power and post-conflict reconciliation mechanisms. Key publications include analyses of Francisco de Vitoria's political thought and studies on coming-to-terms with historical injustices.
