Camille Locklear Goins

Dr. Camille Locklear Goins is an Associate Professor and Director of the School Administration Program in the Department of Educational Leadership at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP). She leads the Master of School Administration (MSA) program and has directed the First Americans' Educational Leadership (FAEL) Program since 2018. With 24 years of experience in education, she focuses on transforming leadership, culturally responsive teaching, and career education. Her roles include district administrator, teacher mentor, and grant manager for Federal Education initiatives.

Active in UNCP’s Teaching and Learning Shared Interest Group (Culturally Responsive Teaching) and serves on the Faculty Senate as Secretary. She also chairs the Alumni Steering Committee for the Transformative Educational Leadership (TEL) program.
