Camilla Gaiaschi is a fixed-term researcher (RTDb) at the University of Salento's Department of Human and Social Sciences. She holds a Philosophy degree from Ca' Foscari University of Venice and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Milan. Her research focuses on gender inequalities in academia, labor markets, university transformations, and welfare policies from a gender perspective. She has conducted postdoctoral work via a Marie Curie Fellowship at the University of Lausanne with the WIRED project on women in higher education. At Unisalento, she teaches courses including Methods of Social Research, Epistemology of Data, and Gender Policies.
