Camilla Chams is a PhD student in the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Literature, Cognition and Emotion (LCE) research group led by Professor Karin Kukkonen. Her work bridges literary studies and psychology, focusing on how emotional ties to literature form and dissolve, particularly in the works of Elena Ferrante, Rachel Cusk, and Siri Hustvedt. She holds an M.A. in Italian Literature (2014) and a B.A. in Sociology (2006), both from the University of Oslo.
