Camila Queiroz is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Veterinary Microbiology and a Research Scientist at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's Center for Foodborne and Animal Parasitology in Saskatoon. She holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Brazil, a Master's in Medical Sciences (2012), and a PhD in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Calgary (2016), where she also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow under Saint George’s University's program. Her work focuses on foodborne and zoonotic parasitic diseases, molecular diagnostics, and anthelmintic resistance in livestock parasites.
