Caitlin Mollica

Dr. Caitlin Mollica is a Lecturer in Politics at the Newcastle Business School, University of Newcastle. She holds a PhD in Political Science from Griffith University and an MA in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University. Her research focuses on youth agency, transitional justice, and peacebuilding in post-conflict societies, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Her work emphasizes inclusive governance and the empowerment of marginalized groups, such as youth and women, through policy and practice.
