Dr. Cailen Wattenbarger Baker is an Associate Professor and Nursing Program Director at the School of Nursing within University of the Cumberlands. A native of Laurel County, Kentucky, she has over 18 years of experience in healthcare, academia, and psychiatric care. Dr. Baker revitalized nursing education at the university, establishing the School of Nursing in 2014 after its absence since the 1970s.
