Prof. Cengiz Soykan is a Professor at the Department of Materials Science and Nanotechnology, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Uşak University. He holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from Firat University (2000) and has held academic positions since 2001, including roles as Vice Rector (2015–2017), Dean (2012–2015), and Head of Department (2013–2017).
