Prof. Cengiz Soykan is a Professor at the Department of Materials Science and Nanotechnology, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Uşak University. He holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from Firat University (2000) and has held academic positions since 2001, including roles as Vice Rector (2015–2017), Dean (2012–2015), and Head of Department (2013–2017). His research focuses on polymer science, nanotechnology, and material characterization, with applications in sensors, environmental analysis, and biomedical materials. He has supervised 7 PhD/Master’s theses and authored over 160 publications in SCI-indexed journals.
