Bárbara César Machado

Bárbara César Machado is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Catholic University of Portugal, with a focus on eating disorders and mental health. She is affiliated with the Research Center for Human Development (CEDH).

Her research explores Eating Disorders, Self-Injury, and Emotion Regulation in adolescent populations. Recent studies examine COVID-19 pandemic impacts on student mental health and eating behaviors.
